Tuesday, August 27, 2024

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services for the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering companies such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency reported it truly is alarmed with regard to the higher quantity of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The purpose of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your significant range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie here and there's no thoroughly functional office dedicated to service the area regularly. The assistance level produced for intervention ordeals a large inflow of probable beneficiaries, which makes it tough with the Workplace to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more resources to empower the servicing of all consumers and raise use of Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
